Fewer claims last year mean lower fees for growers this year

They claim they have 5million acres covered average cost to farmer $9per acre = 45mill, paid out 5.72mill, admin cost is covered by tax payers along with 60% of the premium I wonder were the extra money goes? Looks like they will have enough to create more government funded jobs. I'm glad I put my premiums in the bank. The Young Farmer.
