This is not professional equipment. I would caution you not to depend on information supplied for anything critical.
The humidity sensor does not function at sub-zero temperatures.
Freezing rain has occasionally interfered with wind speed and direction readings.
My dad has built a Stevenson Screen to house the temperature sensor. It is installed 1.5 metres above the ground and should result in accurate temperature readings.
I am using Andy Keir's FreeWX software to compile and display data. One day I hope I will get a chance to personally thank Andy for his wonderful contribution to my weather project. I am equally grateful to several other software developers who have provided add-ons to Andy's program.
