A sweet win for Aylmer beekeepers
LONDON — For Chris and Christy Hiemstra, creating a buzz is usually a matter of business. That’s because the couple run Clovermead Bees and Honey, a 600-hive operation near Aylmer. But earlier this week, the buzz was all about the Hiemstras, rather than their bees, when they earned the title of Ontario Outstanding Young Farmers for 2008 at banquet to announce the winners.
