Analysts also note that 10 per cent of sales in the 750-store Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant chain, based in Minnesota, are linked to NFL games. The loss of an entire season could cost the restaurant $15 million in sales.Reports indicate that the wholesale price of wings in the United States has dropped to 95 cents a pound in early 2011 from $1.74 a year before.
