Hot dogs on the hot seat Monday, October 5, 2009 A branch of Washington-based Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is suing in a New Jersey court to compel wiener makers to put a cancer warning on packages of hotdogs. American Meat Institute president J. Patrick Boyle says the Physicians Committee website is more toxic than are the hotdogs. So just who is the wiener here?
