Supply managed farmers make their presence in Ottawa known on famed Spark Street pedestrian walkway

Van Sleeuwen, a Dairy Farmers of Ontario director from Lancaster and Johnson, a dairy educator from Dundas, were among representatives from Canada's dairy, poultry and egg farmers serving food from local ingredients to members of Parliament, senators, Hill staffers and the public. Canada is a critical phase in Trans-Pacific Partnership talks that may threaten the interests of the farmers they represent.
