As the plight of the Tobacco farming comunity continues to be ignored, it seems farmers must prepare for "The Wild West" to be the New Tommorrow in Tobacco Country. No mention of contraband control, no mention of import quality control. no mention of transition initiatives, no mention of corporate responsibility, no mention of health concerns in contraband or legals, no mention of how current programs could help drastic crop decline encourage debt reduction, no mention of retraining initiatives and most important nothing out of the mouths of at least two Conservative M.P. s who represent the heart of Tobacco country.
