I recall the earlier case. It was sad. This is also sad and from what is reported here I can't imagine why a lawyer would bring something like this to court.

There is no guarantee that you are going to have a crop if you plant anyones seed and you take it a bonus if there I something wrong and they happen to come good for it. There is so much to go wrong that you have to have a lot of luck if the crop turns out perfect and you've done all you can to help make it.

Makes a strong case for using your own seed or seed you know as opposed to a tag with no backup or recourse behind it.
