The actions of the Milk Marketing Board (DFO)and the commission should in these cases not surprise anyone in the industry. As the owner of the last legal fluid milk processing plant in western Ontario I became a victim of the manipulation by them, of the laws, to force closure of my plant. Please google bovine.wordpress and search Bernie Bailey or just google Bernie Bailey for the Sun Rise Dairy story. I have a lot of DFO and Commission meetings' transcripts through the Freedom of Information Act which prove that they acted in self interest, not the interests of the stakeholders, as their mandate states. Mr Denby, you are welcome to my info as it will be beneficial in your quest.

I am one vote
