listen elk roamed ontario in the 1800S
it was our fault for wiping them out
if we hadnt of killed them all
think how many problems you would have now
so suck it up
elk repopulation is nessasary

Elk rule!

The mounted head of an elk on their wall, with lifeless eyes, must mean a lot to some people so they can show off and brag about their blodd sport!

MNR has opened a hunting season for ELK in 2011. I am sure that a controlled elk hunt each year can minimize the damage that Elk are doing. Also A controlled hunt can contribute towards elk conservation program. Hunters have to play a role and only take the elder Elk. AS these elk have a greater need for nourishment and are also less shy. Hopefully MNR's step towards elk hunting will provide a solution for everyone.

Any farmer out there with an elk problem in area 4 of WMU 60? Post it here. I was successful in the draw and can buy a cow seal... all I need is a place to hunt.
