So, let’s see if I got this straight.
A few years back the Federal Conservatives admitted the CAIS margin program didn’t work and replaced it with the mini Son of CAIS called Agristability which they have finally admit is not working either.
Unfortunately, instead of fixing the inherent lack of price protection within margin programs in general with competitive linked regional price protection companion programs similar to the new U.S. Farm Bill programs, their solution is to develop new markets so that we can sell for even less in those same new global marketplaces with no competitive price protection.

developing new markets wouldn't be so bad if dairy and poultry producers had to live by the same "export or die" principle.
