Is there no conflict of interest with Mr. Kamenz and the farm products being a pork producer himself and the dealings he has with the industry?

Editor's note: Geri Kamenz says he is not a licensed pork producer, he produces under contract and says he has removed himself from decisions involving the Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission's pork file.

"...Meanwhile, the Hog Industry Advisory Council will continue to meet and plan for a de-regulated hog marketing system in Ontario, says Kamenz. "At some point in the future we look to have the aggrieved individuals’ concerns met and the Commission, and Ontario Pork, will be in the position to implement the commission's decisions,” Kamenz says...."

Sounds like someone who is removed from the process to me. But then I still believe in the Tooth Fairy too.

For someone who has removed himself from the process Kamenz seems to have lots to say about the whole process 2 letters to producers and how much press time plus going to county meetings
