Not much ,if anything to be gained keeping him locked up , save some tapayers dollars and let him support himself. Sometimes when deals seem to good to be true they are.

I doubt if he's supporting himself but you are right it might be cheaper this way. I think the too good to be true statement is being promoted by private and public agencies and some bank and newspaper people who originally promoted this idea. Blaming the victims gets the attention off those who failed to do their jobs.

Think he should get what they do in China in cases like that and
