Farmers are on an economic tread mill eating EXLAX supplied by these powers to be.
Quite short to be edited

But ministers agreed the existing programs are serving the sector.

What a bunch of ********* These ministers will retire become private citizens collect their golden Goverment pensions, mean while the civil servants continue the perfect useless programs until these civil servant also retire getting their golden pension. On and on it goes, the farmers hold the bag practicing economy of size scale farming raising land rents and increasing land sale purchase price per acre by 4% a year decade after decade. And to think the farmers voted the Harper consrvatives in thinking they would correct the liberal government failures.
Oh we forgot the farm organizations will put out press releases how they are collaborating with government and other stake holders all printed in Bold print farm press magazines subidized by agribusiness advertisers

Who are the greedy Fools?
