In the spring OASC held a town hall meeting in Stratford. "Oh, there will be others held this summer so that we can educate the public." Here we are at the end of Oct. and none were held. So much for that idea.
I wish the organizers of this town hall meeting the best of luck.

There is more at stake here than just the red meat producers. This industry supports alot of jobs in the rural area. As the farmers go so do the jobs. We can see it already in closed schools, churches, dealerships, feedmills Etc. This is affecting the vibrancy of rural society that feeds the urbanites. The farmers are looking for a sign of hope to continue fighting for the future of not only their farms but also rural society. Best of luck to all farmers, you are important.
